Each Spring/Summer, Yellow Door Theatre Project auditions a minimum of 14 young SINGERS, ACTORS and DANCERS between the ages of 10-18 to become participants in a NEW and ORIGINAL MUSICAL, written by Canadian writers and composers, and based on classic children’s stories.
Successful applicants become members of the Fall Performance Company Program.
This program can encompass a one to two-year development process that includes weekend rehearsals during the months of September to November and culminates in a WEEK OF LIVE and LIVESTREAM MATINEE and EVENING PERFORMANCES at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre aka the PAC..

The Fall Performance Company Program partners our YOUNG PERFORMERS with INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS, both onstage and offstage, offering the opportunity for the cast to learn theatre skills from professional mentors in a professional environment.
