A note about COVID-19 and virtual class fees

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently offering Online Summer Programming instead of our regular, in-studio programming. 

 

We are pleased to be returning to the Studio located at 504 Line 2 in Virgil on September 8th, 2020 and will be offering a combination of In-Studio and On-Line Musical Theatre and Dance classes for the 2020-2021 Season!

Fees

Recreational Musical Theatre & Dance Program
Registration Fees

There are NO registration Fees for the 2020-2021 Season.

Tuition Fees

All Classes - $405/year, $45/month

Tuition fees are payable in full at the time of registration.

Fall Performance Company
Registration Fees

There are no Registration Fees for the 2020-2021 Season.

Tuition Fees

Tuition for the Fall Performance Company is determined each year by the board of directors prior to auditions.

Adult Classes
Registration Fees

There are no Registration Fees for the 2020-2021 Season.

Tuition Fees

Adult Tap Dance - Level 1 - $150/session

Tuition fees are payable in full at the time of registration.

Drop-in Fees

Drop-ins are available for adult classes at $20.00 per class and are subject to spot availability. Please call in advance to confirm availability.

Summer Camp
Registration Fees

There are no Registration Fees for the 2020 Summer Season.

Tuition Fees

There are a variety of fees for the Zoomsicals and various workshops. Refer to the Summer Camp page for more details.

Cancellations

Recreational Musical Theatre & Dance Program

You may cancel your registration in a Recreational Musical Theatre or Dance class at any time by serving Yellow Door Theatre Project with written notice to that effect. Notice may served in-person, by mail, or e-mail. All other fees are non-refundable. The percentage of tuition fees refunded will depend on when Yellow Door Theatre Project receives your written cancellation notice.

Cancellation received 7+ days prior to the 1st class - 100% of class tuition refunded

Cancellation received 1-6 days prior to the 1st class - 50% of class tuition refunded

Cancellation received during/after the 1st class - No refund

Fall Performance Company

You may cancel your registration in the Fall Performance Company at any time by serving Yellow Door Theatre Project with written notice to that effect. Payments

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card. A 2.9% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments. 

Late Fees

A $5.00 late fee will be applied to outstanding balances on the 10th of the month. Additional $5.00 late fees will be applied weekly to all unpaid balances.

Right to Refuse

Yellow Door Theatre Project reserves the right to refuse business to anyone. The studio also reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of a child for the following reasons:

  • Non-payment or excessive late payment of fees.

  • Not observing the rules and/or policies of the studio.

  • Child has special needs that we cannot adequately meet with our current program.

  • Physical and/or verbal abuse of instructors, staff or students, by parent or child.
